02Where the paywall sits, and why

The most useful thing here is free, on purpose.

The free plan gives you two things to notice, and one of them is the question about whether the noise keeps time with road speed or with engine speed. That one question removes about half the ground a garage would otherwise cover. Charging for it would be dishonest, so we do not.

What a paid plan adds is the rest of the sequence, the narrowing view, and the description card. Two observations already help. But the card is the thing you can physically hand over — it takes observations made on Tuesday, Thursday and the following Monday and puts them on one page, in the order a garage reads.

What you are paying for is not the answer. It is not having to go back a second time.

You will be charged $6.00 every month, automatically, until you cancel. The first payment is taken today. Each subsequent payment is taken on the same date of the following period.
How to cancel
At any time, in your account under Billing — two clicks, no conversation, no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. You can also cancel by emailing support@hindujatech.shop.

Your 14-day right to cancel

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a new contract for a digital service. Because this service starts working the moment you subscribe, the law requires us to ask you two separate things before we begin. Both are optional. Neither is ticked for you.

If you would rather not tick these, email us and we will hold the subscription until the 14 days have passed. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

The confirmation repeats both of the statements above back to you, along with the price, the renewal date and how to cancel.

Cancelling

Account → Billing → Cancel. Two clicks. There is no retention flow, no phone call, no “are you sure” sequence designed to wear you down, and no notice period. You keep what you have paid for until the period ends.

Before a renewal

We email you before every renewal, monthly and yearly, with the amount and the date. This is voluntary early implementation of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 — see the terms.

04Billing questions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, in two clicks and with no conversation to have. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because this is a digital service supplied immediately, that right ends once supply has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement — which is why there are two separate tick boxes at checkout, neither of them pre-ticked. Everything, including the statutory cancellation form, is on the cancellation and refunds page.
